01About these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and [Legal entity name], [registered address] (“Local Citations Pro”, “we”, “us”). They apply when you use localcitationspro.com, create an account or place an order.

If you act for a business, or for an agency’s client, you confirm that you are allowed to. Our Privacy policy and Refund policy are part of these terms.

02Our services

We build and clean up local citations, and offer Google Business Profile, local SEO, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, AI search visibility and web development services. We also offer free tools and one free citation audit per account.

What each service and plan includes, its price and its estimated delivery time are shown on its service page and on your order before you pay. The work is done by hand by our team. Deliverables are what the plan lists: for example the listings we build, with live links and any logins we create for them, and a white-label report.

03Your account

• You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a contract.
• Give us accurate account details and keep them up to date.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens in your account, so tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.
• One account can hold several businesses, so agencies can order for their clients from one login.

04Orders and payment

• Prices are in US dollars and are worked out by our system from our price list when you order. The price on the checkout page is the price you pay.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. One-time services are paid in full upfront. Local SEO, Off-Page SEO and AI Search Visibility are monthly plans that renew automatically each month until you cancel.
• An order starts once Stripe confirms the payment. Unpaid orders are not started.
• You can cancel a monthly plan at any time by messaging us from the order or emailing support@localcitationspro.com. Cancelling stops future charges, and the plan runs to the end of the month you have paid for.
• We may change our prices, but never for an order you have already paid. For monthly plans, we tell you at least [30 days] before a new price applies.

05Delivery times

• Delivery times shown on each plan are good-faith estimates, not guarantees. They begin once you have sent the business details we need, not necessarily at the moment of payment.
• If details are missing, your order waits until you add them in your dashboard.
• Directories decide when, and whether, they approve a listing. Some need you to verify the business by phone, email or post, which only you can do.

06Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate, complete business information. Listings are built from it, so a mistake is copied everywhere.
• Only send content you have the right to use, such as logos, photos, text and trademarks. You allow us to use, copy and publish it as needed to deliver your order.
• Do not ask us to list a business that does not exist, use an address you are not entitled to, or publish anything false, misleading or unlawful.
• Answer verification requests from directories and Google when they reach you.
• Keep the logins we hand over safe once your order is delivered.

07Results and rankings

We do the work we describe, carefully and by hand. We do not control Google, other search engines, AI assistants or directories.

No one can guarantee rankings, a place in the Google Map Pack (the 3-pack), traffic, calls or mentions in AI tools, and we never promise them. Directories may reject, change or remove listings under their own rules; our Refund policy explains what we do when that happens.

08Refunds

Our money-back guarantee, and how to ask for a fix or a refund, are set out in our Refund policy.

09Acceptable use

When you use the site, your account or our free tools, do not:

• break the law, or use our services to mislead customers or search engines;
• try to reach other people’s accounts or data, or get around our security or rate limits;
• probe, scan, overload or attack the site or its API, or scrape it in bulk;
• upload malware, or files you have no right to share;
• abuse or harass our team in messages.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

10Intellectual property

• The site, its text and design, our free tools and our report formats belong to us. Do not copy them for another service.
• Your business information and the content you send us stay yours.
• Once an order is paid, you may use its reports and deliverables for your business, or pass them to your clients if you are an agency.
• Once a website we build for you is paid in full, you may use it for your business without limits. Third-party parts such as themes, plugins, fonts and images stay under their own licenses.

11Liability

• We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. Apart from what these terms and our service pages say, we make no other promises about them.
• We are not responsible for losses we could not reasonably foresee, for lost profit, revenue or rankings, or for what third-party sites, directories and search engines do.
• Our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order; for a monthly plan, to the fees for the last [3 months].
• Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, or your rights as a consumer where they apply.

12Suspension and closing your account

• You can stop using our services at any time and ask us to close your account by email.
• We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, does not pay or misuses the service. If we close an account for any other reason, we refund work we have not done yet.
• Closing an account does not remove listings already published on other sites. Our Privacy policy explains what happens to your data.

13Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [governing law]. Any dispute goes to the courts of [jurisdiction], unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it there.

14Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we change the date at the top of this page, and for changes that matter we email account holders before they take effect. Orders already paid stay under the terms that applied when you placed them.
